For individual applications below 18 years of age living in Guangdong, Hainan, Fujian, Hunan & Guangxi only. Families must book separate appointments for each adult/child.*16 and 17 years old children ARE REQUIRED to attend the appointment along with a parent. Children under 16 do not need to attend.*

This service is provided with the following wording “this is a true copy of the document presented to me”. We cannot provide alternative wording.

It is your responsibility to ensure that the end user of the certified copy of a document will accept the copy.

What we can certify:
- Australian original documents.
- Foreign original documents for use in Australia.

What we cannot certify:
- Foreign documents for use outside of Australia.
- Laminated or framed documents.

This document is drawn up from a declaration made by the Australian citizen and confirms there is no impediment to marriage between the Australian and Chinese citizen. An affidavit is a written statement that allows the person making it to present evidence in court or other legal proceedings. The person making the affidavit must take an oath or make an affirmation that the contents of the affidavit are true and correct.

Power of attorney is a formal document giving another person the authority to make legally binding decisions on your behalf.
